01 By proceeding with this booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies of this website.
02 Safari in Gir National Park is fully controlled and managed by the Forest Department, and we act only as a private travel assistance provider. We are not affiliated with any government authority.
03 All safari bookings are subject to availability and approval by the concerned authorities. Confirmation is valid only after successful payment and issuance of booking voucher.
04 You agree to provide correct details (full name, age, valid ID proof) as per government guidelines. Any incorrect information may lead to cancellation without refund.
05 Safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable as per forest department rules. Our service/processing fee is also non-refundable once the booking is processed.
06 You understand that safari zones, timings, and routes are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
07 Full payment is required to confirm the booking. In case of partial payment (if applicable), the remaining amount must be paid before the scheduled safari or check-in. Deny to pay may result in cancellation without refund.
08 You agree to report at the boarding point at least 45 minutes before the scheduled safari time. Entry may be denied in case of late arrival, and no refund will be provided.
09 Private vehicles are not allowed inside the park. Only authorized vehicles are permitted for safari.
10 Booking confirmation (voucher) is generally shared within 24 hours of successful payment. Driver details will be provided in the voucher, and you are required to coordinate accordingly.
11 In case of any increase in government fees, taxes, fuel charges, or guide charges after booking, the additional amount must be paid by you. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.
12 We are not responsible for wildlife sightings, weather conditions, delays, cancellations by authorities, or any loss, injury, or damage during the safari.
13 In case of cancellation by authorities due to weather or operational reasons, refund (if any) will be processed as per government rules.
14 By completing the payment, you agree that you are making an informed purchase and accept all risks associated with safari travel.
15 All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
